In the event we cannot answer your query straight away, we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours. You can also contact us on 0843 289 2295 if you need to speak to us over the phone. Our opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
Delivery:
Our delivery charges are simple £3.50 for standard orders, if you order a heavy or large item your delivery charge will be £4.95 and any items that are required on an express next day delivery will be £9.95. Very large items are charged at £10.95 and are not available on express delivery.
Orders will be sent to you either by Royal Mail first class recorded post or selected parcel courier services suitable for the item ordered. Deliveries may need to be signed for depending on the service, please ensure that someone is available to do this at your selected delivery address. Additional charges may apply if your item is returned to us following failed delivery.
The delivery method used will be selected by Pure Coastal to ensure your order arrives will you as soon as possible.
Standard orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and will be with you within 7 working days. This applies to all mainland UK deliveries.
Express delivery orders placed by 12noon (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day on a next day delivery service, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Personalised products will be dispatched within 7-14 days as each item is handmade to order.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK mainland, delivery charges may vary to those listed above. Please contact us before ordering, sending details of the items you would like to order and we will advise you of the postal charges before you place your order.
If your order does not arrive within 10 days following confirmation of dispatch, please contact us, including your order number and we will be happy to help.
Pure Coastal cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances outside of our control.
Pricing:
All product prices shown in £ British Pounds and where required are inclusive of UK tax (VAT) at the current rate. All prices are correct at time of listing, but due to circumstances beyond our control, prices are subject to change.
Orders:
All products displayed on our site are in stock unless stated otherwise. All orders are subject to availability. You are responsible for checking that your order details and specifications are correct when you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Payment:
Payment for products is only accepted online via the checkout system on the Pure Coastal website through Paypal. A Paypal account is not required to make payment and all major cards are accepted.
Payment by card can be made over the phone, please call if you would like to pay in this way.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know and tell us why so we can continue to improve our service and products offered to our customers. Please then return the item(s) to the below address ensuring that the item(s) is sent by recorded delivery or a tracked parcel service and that it is in its original packaging with full details of your order and name included in the parcel. We cannot accept liability for goods that are damaged or lost in transport.
Please note that return postage will not be paid for by Pure Coastal and only the value of the items ordered will be refunded to your account within 7 days of receipt. If goods are received in a damaged condition or not as ordered please advise us within 24 hours and we will arrange for replacement or exchange.
