Delivery Information
Our delivery charges are simple £3.50 for standard orders, if you order a heavy or large item your delivery charge will be £4.95, Very large items are charged at £10.95 and are not available on express delivery.
Orders will be sent to you either by Royal Mail first class recorded or selected courier services. All deliveries will need to be signed for, please ensure that someone is available to do this at your selected delivery address. Additional charges may apply if your item is returned to us following failed delivery.
The delivery method used will be selected by Pure Coastal to ensure your order arrives will you as soon as possible.
Standard orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and will be with you within 7 working days. This applies to all mainland UK deliveries.
Personalised products will be dispatched within 7-14 days as each item is handmade to order.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK mainland, delivery charges may vary to those listed above. Please contact us sending details of the items you would like to order and we will advise you of the postal charges before you place your order.
If your order does not arrive within 10 days following confirmation of dispatch, please contact us, including your order number and we will be happy to help.
Pure Coastal cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances outside of our control.
